Chartwells hot lunches

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are pleased to announce that during this term we will be hosting three Themed Day Lunches, details below:

*Burger All Stars on Thurs 16th May - Cut-off for orders is by midnight Sun 28th April.

*Great British Roast on Wed 5th June - Cut-off for orders is by midnight Sun 19th May.

*Class of '24 on Thurs 18th July - Cut-off for orders is by midnight Sun 30th June.

 

All menus have been loaded onto the meal ordering website.

If you have already ordered from the standard menu on these days your option will automatically transfer over to the corresponding option on the Themed Day Menus.

We are hosting an Easter Themed Day Menu on Wednesday 20th March. There are a couple of slight changes to the menu that day to reflect this. Allergen Reports

As you may be aware, from September 2014, children in Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 will be entitled to receive a hot meal every day under the Government's new initiative.

 

Under this new scheme parents are required to order their meals online. You will have received a booklet from our new suppliers Chartwells which contains details of the weekly menus, together with guidance for ordering online.

 

If you are receiving Child Tax Credit with a family income below £16,190, Income Support, Job Seeker's Allowance (Income Based), Employment Support Allowance (Income Based), Support under part 1V of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, Guarantee element of the state pension credit, please complete the attached Application for Pupil Premium Funding.

Families who receive any level of Working Tax Credits are not entitled to free school meals.

 

If you do not qualify for any of the above and your child is in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 then meals can be ordered for September onwards at a cost of £2.40 per day. Meals are to be ordered online as we are unable to take orders in the office. Website https://dorset.mealselector.co.uk
